Xmas party at my school

I had fun.
I had gift exchange and i got a good book.
I had alot to eat...from mini ice-cream,hotdogs, fishballs to meehoon, sandwiches and desserts. So much to choose....

I even had small gifts here n there for playing the games, and for taking part in the recycled artwork.

I dress to the occasion. I wanted to look like a princess and even though mum wanted me to change to another attire, I resisted till she gave up.

Xmas party at my school - Master pierces

the school has a project for the parents n us. theme is using recycled items to make 3D artwork, either xmas tree, santa clause or snowman.

for my level, we had to make Santa Claus. Becox mummy was away, and daddy didn't read the memo in my bag, mummy had oni 2 days to complete the artwork for submission.

I can see she has done her best, and even though the completed work is not FABULOUS, it is decently done. But check out the rest of the work....IMPRESSIVE!!! mummy says very stress leh..haha......And although we didn't win any awards/prize, the whole experience is quite fun.

this is our work. not exactly 3D but quite adorable rite **no choice, mummy standing next to me, i got to say that**
The basic structure was formed on the "hand" taken from NDP'09 parade. eyes are pin pong balls, cut halves and then colored. nose is bottle cap colored red. face texture is the body scrub thing taken from hotel FOC. cap is bought one, at $1. words Santa Claus is from scramble that my mum wanted to throw away. the green handle is those for badminton which also meant to throw.








I voted for this and they got the grand prize for being "GREEN" and one other title. BIG WINNER for the day!! so well-done.
